I have to write them on the card myself. This book is wonderful to learn the Biblical Greek.
I’m sure that this is a better method for some people, but I did not find it very useful. Memorize the greek article and a few rules about how and why the stems of words change and that’s all there is to nouns. Just because you have printed cards doesn’t mean you can’t still write.
It is laid out well, and Mounce’s teaching style is straightforward. Can I use this course without the workbook? By necessity some explanations are oversimplified that can be corrected with intermediate and advanced Greek Grammars such as the discussion of verbal aspect, case uses, and the syntax of participles and infinitives which are key for Greek Exegesis.
Each chapter has an instructive “exegetical insight” to start, comparisons between Greek and English, an overview, and a body that includes paradigms broken down into sections so as not to appear too lengthy.
